2/14/25 — Franciscan Health is teaming up with the Indy Hunger Network to create a new prescription program for people dealing with chronic conditions.
The Fresh Start Market Produce Prescription Program will start next week. It will provide diet options as well as chronic disease education and support.
People who participate in the four-week program will receive monthly voucher supplements for fresh fruits and vegetables.
The program will continue throughout the year with sessions in the spring, summer and fall.
