Today, Boston Medical Center (BMC) announced that it has completed delivery of more than 1,000 medically tailored meal boxes to eligible pediatric patients experiencing food insecurity in partnership with DoorDash’s Project DASH initiative.
Launched in August 2025, BMC’s novel program connects qualified patients to the service which brings healthy food directly to their doorstep by DoorDash Dashers. This clinical innovation is eligible for insurance reimbursement as part of a food-is-medicine approach to healthcare….
