National Produce Prescription Collaborative (NPPC) Member Portal
Welcome to the National Produce Prescription Collaborative (NPPC) Member Portal. By accessing or using our Member Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the Portal. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Portal.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NPPC Member Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Portal.
2. Description of Service
The NPPC Member Portal provides members with access to resources, tools, and information related to the National Produce Prescription Collaborative. This includes, but is not limited to, member directories, resource libraries, discussion forums, and other collaborative tools.
3. Eligibility
To use the NPPC Member Portal, you must be a member of the NPPC. By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you are a current member of the NPPC and that you have provided accurate and complete information in your membership application.
4. User Account and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- You agree to notify NPPC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
- NPPC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
5. Use of the Member Portal
You agree to use the Member Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to:
- Use the Portal in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Portal.
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate NPPC, an NPPC employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, features, and functionality of the Member Portal are and will remain the exclusive property of NPPC and its licensors. The Portal is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of NPPC.
7. Termination
NPPC may terminate or suspend your access to the Member Portal immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Portal will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Member Portal is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. NPPC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Portal or the information, content, or materials included on the Portal. You expressly agree that your use of the Portal is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall NPPC, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Portal.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms of Service
NPPC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
